This page explains what information Tifl Little Wear ("we", "us") collects when you use tifllittlewear.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with. If anything here isn't clear, email us at studio@tifllittlewear.com.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly, and a smaller amount automatically as you browse.
- Booking a fitting: parent/guardian name, phone, email, child's name, garment type, preferred date/time, and any measurements you choose to save.
- Placing an order: name, phone, email, delivery address (including city, postal code, and country), and payment method (we don't process card payments ourselves — orders are cash on delivery or bank transfer).
- Creating an account: name, email, a securely hashed password, phone, and address (used to enable one-tap ordering on live sales).
- Contact form and live sale comments: your name, contact details, and whatever you write to us.
- Find My Fabric quiz: your email address, plus your answers (child's age band, occasion, activity level, care preference).
- Automatically, while browsing: pages visited, general interactions (like adding something to a cart), and — only if you accept analytics cookies — which campaign or link brought you to the site. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Why we collect it
- To schedule and deliver fittings and orders
- To contact you about a booking, order, or message you've sent us
- To let you sign in, save an address, and view your order history
- To understand which pages and campaigns are actually useful to visitors, so we can improve the site — only with your consent
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. A small number of service providers process it on our behalf, strictly to run the site:
- MotherDuck — hosts our database (bookings, orders, accounts, messages).
- RudderStack — our analytics provider, used only if you accept analytics cookies. Processes browsing behaviour and, for completed orders/bookings, transaction details, to help us understand what's working.
- Vercel — hosts the website itself.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, order, and account records for as long as your account is active or as needed for our own business and tax records, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing studio@tifllittlewear.com. If you have an account, you can also see your own order history directly on the Account page.
Children's information
Our products are for children, but our customers (the people creating accounts, placing orders, and browsing the site) are parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change to how we handle information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
